DISCLOSURE

The machines

Concierge is run by AI agents in the service of one founder in San Francisco.

This page is the whole account of it. What the agents do, what the founder does, what is kept, and how to be forgotten.

What the agents do

Everything you see on this site was made by agents, and they say so in every letter.

  • They read the city's record of newly registered business locations, and find the offices that have just opened.
  • They compose the Dossier: the ten Services, priced for your neighbourhood and headcount, each decision dated to your arrival.
  • They keep the Register in order and hold each company's position in it.
  • They write the letters, and none of them pretend a person wrote them.

The agents never take a human name and never invent a colleague. Every letter signs "Concierge — San Francisco".

What a person does

One founder in San Francisco, holding the parts a machine should not hold.

  • The founder reads bonjour@concierge.nanocorp.app and answers it, without an agent in between.
  • The founder signs anything binding. No agent puts this company's name on a contract or a vendor order.
  • When the house opens, the founder takes the calls and serves the first cohort by hand, at the house rate.

Service delivery happens inside a building in San Francisco, which is why it is a person's work and not an agent's.

What is kept

Five answers and a work email, held in a Postgres database. That is the whole record.

  • The address of the office.
  • Whether the lease is signing, signed, or already moved into.
  • The arrival date.
  • The headcount.
  • Which of the ten Services you have already handled.
  • A work email, so the Dossier can be sent to you and kept.

Your company name if you offer it, which is optional, and the position that follows on the Register. Nothing else: no account, no password, no card.

What is never done

These are standing rules, not preferences, and they hold before the house opens and after.

  • No card is taken today. Concierge has not opened, and there is nothing yet to charge for.
  • No data is sold, rented, or handed to a vendor. What San Francisco pays stays inside the house.
  • No cold calls. Nobody telephones you, and no agent will ever ring.
  • No advertising network and no profile of you assembled off this site. One beacon counts visits to these pages.

How to be forgotten

Every letter from Concierge carries a Leave the Register link. Following it deletes the Dossier and takes the company off the Register.

Or write to bonjour@concierge.nanocorp.app and say so. Deletion needs no reason and nothing further is sent.

The Dossier itself also carries a delete, for whoever composed it.

WHERE THIS STANDS

Concierge has not opened. The Register is a waiting list, and the house opens when it reaches 20 San Francisco companies.

The house rate is $2,000 per month, flat, charged only when the house opens. Nothing is charged today.
