Bind general liability at one million dollars per occurrence and two million aggregate, then have the landlord named as additional insured.
What to know
- Almost every San Francisco lease also asks for a waiver of subrogation and thirty days' notice of cancellation.

- Keys are usually withheld until the certificate is in the landlord's hands, so this dates ahead of the move, not after it.
