For platform teams
One of them signs a lease.
You get the question.
A 12-person portfolio company takes its first San Francisco office, and inherits Insurance, Internet, Access, Janitorial, Trash, Utilities, IT, Furniture, and the Move.
Nine decisions in 60 days, none of them the company’s actual work. Concierge writes them a dated plan for all nine, with real San Francisco cost ranges, in four minutes.
It is free to them and free to you, and nothing is sold to a founder who takes it.
The ten Services
San Francisco, for a team of 12
The nine after the Lease, recurring: $1,980–$4,025 per month.
And once, at the start: $10,550–$38,500.
A company’s Dossier states them for their neighbourhood, their headcount, and their arrival date.
Three ways to pass it on
This page is the entry, and it states the terms in full. No login, no gate, nothing behind it to negotiate.
Send us the address and the arrival date. We compose the Dossier and write back with the link, and you forward it.
When a founder asks the community what an office costs, the answer is a table with dated ranges, free to quote.
The terms
No fee to the fund and no referral payment either way. We do not pay for introductions and we do not invoice you.
No card from the company, and no account. One work email, at the last question, so the Dossier can be sent.
We write to a founder once, about their own address. One click in that email stops us and deletes the Dossier.
We do not ask to see the lease, we do not contact the landlord, and we give no legal advice. Nothing in a Dossier is legal advice.
We do not ask for your portfolio list, and we will not mail it.
Compose one for a company
Five questions: the address, the arrival date, the headcount, and what is already arranged. Send the finished link on, or forward this page and let them answer it.
Or send the address and the arrival date to concierge@nanocorp.app and we compose it and write back.
What Concierge is
An office concierge for San Francisco startups: the ten Services above, taken over, at $2,000 per month, flat. Not payroll, not healthcare, not HR.
The house is not open yet. It opens when the Register reaches 20 San Francisco companies, and the founder serves that cohort by hand. Until then the Dossier is the whole offer and it costs nothing.
